Are you feeling a little overwhelmed? It is a great feat to stay on top of all the details of your wedding. We design service for couples who only need advice namely the consulting hour service.

An hourly package is designed to help you flush out the size and scope of your needs to make sure that all is in a good standing order for your Dream Day. Though we all know that we can’t talk through it all in only an hour we recommend to book a minimum of two hours in advance to meet with all the client’s needs.
Ideally for the newly engaged couple that is yet unsure of their wants and wishes.

Or

The newly engaged couple that has all under control and just needs and expert advice for peace of mind.

How much does a wedding cost?
Every wedding and couple is different! No two weddings are alike, just as no two couples are alike, nor are two wedding budgets alike. I encourage my clients to come up with an amount they feel is reasonable to spend on their wedding – a place where their comfort zone, financially, remains intact. We work from that number to develop and design a wedding that is right for them.
Do we have to use your Service Providers?
No, you do not have to use our service providers/vendors, but we encourage you to hire vendors that are in our vendor list. After years in the wedding industry, we have built great relationships with the best of the best. We collaborate with fellow small or big businesses that are owner driven and operated. Our goal is for you to have a team you can trust on your wedding day.
Do you specialize in the Design or Coordination of the Wedding?
We are a boutique wedding planning company skilled at the designed details and coordination of events which means we are equally balanced to manage both aspects.
We don't have an exact vision in mind when it comes to venue, design, or overall theme, can you help with this?
We pride ourselves in being wedding designers as well as planners. Designers look at the overall event and along with talented vendors we create something that combines all elements of the event, not just logistics, but the look, feel theme, style, textures, and palette.
Do you use event planning tools and software for your clients?
Yes, I love using technology to simplify our day to day tasks and keep things organized. I have experience using several programs, and I include them in all of my planning services. By using software tools I have what it takes to let the client know what is going what to expect during every step of the process, so there is little guessing and wondering on their part – and because of technology we never will let you in the unknown.
When is a good time to reach out to and hire a Wedding Planner?
As soon as he puts a ring on it! Seriously, as soon as you feel like assistance is needed. Wedding planning services are typically booked one year to 1 year 1/2 in advanced. For some couples, it may be once they have booked their venue, which is a very crucial part of the wedding planning process. Others prefer to have the full service as soon as they are engaged to truly enjoy the process and have someone holding their hand along the way. What is "Wedding Insurance"?
“Wedding insurance does not cover cold feet, but it does reassure you that an already expensive day does not become more costly… *Wed Safe.”

We strongly advise in investing in this especially if you are getting married during the stormy or windy season in Cape Town. If you would like to have coverage for your wedding, we gladly assist couples with this process and suggest they purchase a separate wedding insurance plan that would cover things like: vendor protection, alcohol liability, physical protection, in case of “mother nature cancellations,” etc.
